New arrivals are continually coining into Auckland from England and other countries, and although there may be a few in fair circumstances!, the majoiity ate seeking ' situations. We believe that by our numer[,ons applicants for employment our city is fairly supplied with men and youths of all trades and occupations, and wo aie prepared to attend to all ordeth sent fioin any part of the colony. Women servants are in demand, and we o\peiience bmne tiouble in inducing them to accept country situations. Housekeepers and governesses are but we have, \ acancies fot general 'servants and pailourmaids. We aho have good cooks and housemaids legUteied in "our books, and a good waitress.
