[rbutkh's telegrams.] Paris, July 11. Telegrams from Marseilles report the cholera still raging there, no less that 53 deaths having occurred yesterday from the disease. The latest news from Toulon states that the epidemic is somewhat abating, the mortality yesterday having only amouuted to twelve cases, which is below the recent daily average. LoNIiOV, Jnly 11. The committee of the financial experts, was appointed by the European Powers to consider the proposals of the British Government in regard to the Egyptian questions, has held frequent sittings during the past few days. The committee is expected to complete its deliberations next week, when the Conferanoe will reassemble for the purpose of discussing the report of the experts. The Ministerial and Opposition caucuses are now actively organising for the purpose of agitating respectively for and against the reform of the franchise. In the House of Commons, last ni»ht, it was announced that the London Government Bill and cthci measures introduced by Ministers, which are likely t) lead to lengthy debate, will be diopped for the present session. The Deceased Wife's Sister Bill, which was recently introduced in the House of Louis, has now been with drawn.
