[BY TELEG3APH.—OWN CORHESPONDENT.] Divorce Cases. Auckland, Fiiday Night. In the Supreme Court today, in the «ii\'oice case Mariauna Olf'er v. \A . J. Offer, evidence of adultery and cruelty was offered. Judge Gillies expressed a doubt whether the evidence ot cruelty was sufficient, hut rescned judgment. In the case Alexander Lamb v. Li/zie Lamb, the petit oner offeted no evidence The {respondent aid corespondent went into the witness-box, and deniedon oath t'mfc improper relations had existed between them. The judge commented strongly on Lamb's conduct, and dismissed the pitifon with co^ts. Railway Accident. The engine of the goods train was throw n off the line at Mercer yesterday when shunting, but no one was injured, and the damage was repaired to-day. On 'Change.
