WHEREAS, under the provisions of " The Rating Act, 1882," judgment was given on the 19th cliv of September, 1883, in the Resident Magistrate's Court, sitting at Hamilton, Waikalo, for the sum of four pounds three Miilliugs and six pence, being arrears of rates due by DUGALD Me COLL, Absentee, of Waikato, as the owner of Sections No. 37 to 40 Parish of Taupiri. This is to give notice that the said property will be sold or leased by public auction, under the provisions of the said Act, after six months from the date of this notice, unless the amount of the said jndgment, together with interest thereon at the rate of ten pounds per centum per annum from the date of the said judgment to the dato of payment, and all costs und expenses incutred in recovering the sime, and all other ratea due on such property up to the date af payment, are paid prior to such sale.
