WHEREAS, under the provisions of " The Rating Act, 1882," judgment was given upon the 19th day of Septemberr 1883, in the Resident Magistrate's Court, fitting at Hamilton, Waikato, for the sum of two pounds seven shillings and sixpence, being arreais of rates due by GEORGE JOY and other half-castes of Taupiii, Waikato, as the owner of Sections Nos. 469 4 and 472, Parish of Taupiri. This is to give notice that the said property will be sold or leased by public auction, under the provisions of the said Act, after six months from the date of this notice, unless the amount of the said judgment, together with interest thereon ut the rate of ten pounds per centum per annum from the date of the said judgment to the date of payment, and all ooats and expenses incurred in recovering the same, and all other rates due on such pioperty up to the date of payment, are paid prior to such sale.
