NEW ZEALAND FARMERS' COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION.
[[BY TELEGRAPH. — PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Chrtstchcrch, Saturday. The New Zealand Farmers' Co-operative Association held the third aunual meeting this afternoon, Mr. Perryman in the chair. The report showed that there were 1212 shareholders, holding 5610 shares. The wine and spirit business had been discontinued. vSeven per cent, dividend wa3 declared. The profit and loss account showed the receipts, including discount on cash payment and balance from last year, to be £2975 ; balance available for appropriation, £877 16s sd. The retiring directors were re-elected. One sixth of the preliminary expenses have been written off.
