WELLINGTON, Monday.
At the Supreme Court, to-day, true bills were found against Robt. McCarry, larcency, and Albert Kemp, mate of the English barque Hudson, for refusing to assist the police, and Thos. Archer, larcency, as a bailee. No bills were found in the cases of Charles Moore, perjury, and Frank Hadfield, false pretences. Harry Walteia, house-breaking, was acquitted. The grand jury have yet to consider there oases.
