T7ILECTION NOTICE WESTERN MAORI DISTRICT.

In pursuance ot The Maori Representation Act 1867, and the Amendments thereof, I, George Thomas Wilkinson, Esquire, Returning Officer for the Western Maori Electoral Distt ict, do heieby give notice that, by virtue of a writ bearing date the Twenty-seventh day of June, 1884, under the Public Seal of the Colony, an Election will be held for the return of One Qualified Person, to serve as a Member ot the House of Representatives for the said Electoral District, and that the Nomination of Candidates will take place at the Couit-house, Te Awamntu, Waikato, at noon on MONDAY, the Seventh day of July, 1884, and that the Poll (if necessary) will be taken on MONDAY, the Twenty-first day of July, ISS4.
