THE AUSTRALIAN CRICKETERS IN ENGLAND [REUTERS TELEGRAMS.] London, June 30.
The Australian cricketers commenced a match to-day at Sheffield againat the players of England. The following are names of the latter :— Barlow, Bates, BriggP, Emmet, Grimahaw, Hall, Hearne, Peate, Reid, Sherwin and Ulyett. There was an enormous attendance of spectators, and fine weather prevailed. An excellent wicket had been prepared, and the ground-was in first-rate order.
