The Diiectois having been duly ap pointed, the above Association is now prepared to enter upon any business cmbiaced in its Articles of A&sociation.

Mr Heather Has been appointed Managing Director for Auckland ; Mr R. Gillett, Managing Director for Waikato. Shareholdcis are invited to place themselves in communication with either of these gentlemen at once, setting out their probable lequiiemcnts for the coining

season. Any information, or suggestions, that will assist the management to further the objects the Association has iiiAiew, will be gladly receh cd. The Shaie List is now re-opened. Applications will be received at tl.e offices of the Company, or by any of the Diiectois. The special attention of Shareholders is called to the power given the Association to receive calls iv full to the amount of 10s per share, and to pay interest on such prepaid shares at the rate of S per cent. This clause was agreed to to save the Association the expense of collection and Shareholder the inconvenience of fiequent remittances.
