The Directors having been duly appointed, the -above Association is now prepared to enter upon any business embraced in its Articles of Association.

Mr Heather has been appointed Managing Director for Auckland ; Mr R. Gillett, Managing Director for Waikato. Shareholdeis are invited to place themselves in communication with either of these gentlemen at once, setting out their probable requirements for the coming

season. Any information, or suggestions, that will assist the management to further they objects the Association has in view, will be gladly received. The Share List is now re-opened. Applications will be received at the offices of the Company, or by any of the Directors. The special attention of Shareholders is called to the power given the Association to receive calls in full to the amount of 10s per share, and to pay interest on such prepaid shares at the rate of 8 per cent.
