TENDERS will be leceived at my othce at Hamilton until noon on Thins day, the thiid d.iy of July, 1884, for piintina tlie Elcctoial Rolls and such Supplementary Rolls as may be required dining the }e u for the distiictsof Waikato and Waipa. They must be addressed to the Registrar of Electors for the Distuots of Wdikato and Waipa, and maiked outsido, "Tender for Printing Electoial Rolls."

Conditions :

1. — The ninnbi-r of copies to be piinted is 500. 2. — The papei, *ypo, and s'ze of paijes to be acooidmg to sample to be seen at my office.

3.— The tender to state the rate per page, winch must co\er all expenses of composition, presswoik, paper, folding and stitching, and alteiations and coirectiuns in pi oofs. Notice is hereby given that the following is the result of the Poll taken at Te Aioha on Thursday, the 19fch day of June, 18S4, to determine whether or not a special rate should be levied to provide for the payment of sums to become clue to the Government in respect of a grant of £400, applied for under ' ' The Roads and Biidges Construction Act." Seven votes (lepresenting a rateable value of £4945) were recorded for the propo&al. No votes were recorded against the proposal. I therefore declare the proposal to be carried.

Public Notice is hereby given to Ratepayers of the above district, in terms of Section 52 "Roads and Bridges Construction Act, 1882," ot the RESULT of a POLL taken at Gorton on 20th inst., to decide a proposal made by the Road Board to borrow a sum of £200 under provision contained in the Act above mentioned, for the construction of bridges on district roads, and to levy a special rate of the twenty-fourth part of a penny in the £ on the rateable value of the district, to be an annually recurring rate for a period of fifteen years.
