On each Tuesday, at the " Haymarket " for Wool, Sheepskins, Hides, Tallow, &c, Sec. at 12 o'clock. At Waiuku, on th first Saturday in each month. At Pukekohe, on the first Monday in each month. At Drury, on the Third Wednesday in each month. At Papakura, on the last Wednesday in jach month. Rutherford, Pukekohe The Directors having been duly appointed, the above Association ia now prepared to enter ttpon any business embraced in its Articles of Association. Mr Heather *ias been appointed Managing Director for Auckland ; Mr E. Gillett, Managing Director for Waikato. Shareholders are invited to plnce themselves in communication with cither of these gentlemen at once, setting out their probable requirements for the coming season. Any information, or suggestions, that will assist the management to further the objects the Association lias in \ iew, will be gladly received. The Share List ii now re-opened. Applications will Le received at the offices of the Company, or by any of the Directors. The special attention of Shaicholders is called to the power given the Association to receive calls in full to the amount of 10s per share, and to pay interest on such prepaid shares at the rate of 8 per cent.
