Consols have advanced by andrare now quoted at par (ex div.). New Zealand secuiities continue firm at last quotations, viz.: 5 percent 1040 loan, 104; 5 per cent. ISB9 loan, 102^ ; 4£ per cent. 1879-1904: loan, 102^ ; 4" per cent, inscribed stock, lOOJr. Colonial breadstuffs remain dull, and prices are unchanged. The following are the quotations, ex granary :— Adelaide wheat, 41s ; New Zealand, 35s to 40s ; Adelaide flour, 2Ss. Australian tallow : average quality beef, 36s ; mutton, 475.
