London, May 30. Sir Charles Gavan Doffv has annonnced his intention of issuing a series of Nationalist pamplets advocating the"creatioii of an Irish Parliament. The prospectus of a new Oriental B.ink has been issued. The capital of the institution will be two millions sterling. Tenders for the Queensland loan of £2,670,000, bearing interest at 4 per oeut., the minimum being fixed at 98, were opened to-day. The tenders were found to amouut to a total of £9,000,000. Tenders of £99 8s will receive 40 per cent, of the allotment; tenders . above that leceive in full. A thousand tenders were received.
