The repoit of the Melbourne Frozen Meat E\poit Company, piesented .it the annual meeting, yesterday, shows a small profit foi the past year's business. The futme prospects of the company are stated to be encouraging. The Victorian Navigation Board has complained to the Adelaide Mai me Board of the want of assistance in preventing C.iptiiui LockyiT from sailing in the s.s Adelaide. The Adelaide B>ard, howex ct, declined to take any action in the matter.
