Cairo, May 26. It is now known that Mr Clifford Lloyd, Under-Secrctary for Home Affairs in the Egyptian Ministry, who has gone to England on leave of absence during his illness, will not return to his country. It is stated that Nubar Parha, President of the Council, insisted that all Europeans should be dismissed from the positions they now fill in the Ministry of the interior.
