An EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of the Shareholders of tho above Association will he held in the Public and Volunteer Hall, Knox-street, Hamilton, on TUESDAY, ths27th inst., at the hour of 11.30 in the forenoon. Business : To discuss the propriety of repealing, and if the meeting shall so decide, to repeal Regulation numbered 44 in the Articles of Association, and to substitute in lieu thereof, the following regulation, or a regulation to tho like effect, to be numbered 44 viz. : — "Every shareholder shall have one vote for any number of shares he holds up to five ; two votes for any number up to fifteen ; three votes for any number up to twenty-five ; four for any number up to fifty ; and fiv3 v )tes for any number above iifty. But in no caso shall a shareholder have more than five \otcs." The Fust GENERAL MEETING of the SHAREHOLDERS of the above Association will be held at the abovenamed place and on the above-named day at noon.
