(4) To extend the vOl king of the Association in any direction which may seem likely to benefit the members. (5) To confine the advantages of the Association exclusively to membct&. (G) To conduct the operations of the Association on a cash basis. (7) To divide the profits that may accuie to the Association in the conduct of its business among the shaicholders of the Association j»o 1 ata in accordance w ith the amount of business done by each .shareholder, after paying such dividends on paul-up Capital as may be declared fiom time to time, and after setting aside any funds as a lesene fund that the Directors of the Association may think fit. The nominal capital of the company is ten thousand pounds, dnided into ten thousand shares of one pound each, payable m instalments as follows : — One shilling 011 application, one shilling on allotment, and one shilling at intervals of not less than one month.
