The objects for which the Companj' is established aie as follow :— (1) To offer facilities to farmeis for the shipment by the most appioved means of their produce to the vaiious markets of the world, .and appointment of agents 111 different localities for the fm thciance of this object. (2) To effect advances on any securities, real or personal, that the Duectois appointed by the Association may think fit. (3) Toprociue for sale to the Shaieholders, Cotnsacks, Woolpacks, Agncultuial Implements, Seeds, and other articles of consumption, or otherwise, that the Duectors to be appointed by the Association may think fit. (4) To extend the vOl king of the Association in any direction which may seem likely to benefit the members. (5) To confine the advantages of the Association exclusively to membct&. (G) To conduct the operations of the Association on a cash basis. (7) To divide the profits that may accuie to the Association in the conduct of its business among the shaicholders of the Association j»o 1 ata in accordance w ith the amount of business done by each .shareholder, after paying such dividends on paul-up Capital as may be declared fiom time to time, and after setting aside any funds as a lesene fund that the Directors of the Association may think fit. (S) And the doing of all such other things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects. The liability of the shareholders is limited. The nominal capital of the company is ten thousand pounds, dnided into ten thousand shares of one pound each, payable m instalments as follows : — One shilling 011 application, one shilling on allotment, and one shilling at intervals of not less than one month. Application for shares to be made to Mr Baiton, Secietary pro tern, at Hamilton ; Mr Roche, Te Awamutu ; Messrs. Grant and Crossan, Auckland ; or any of the directors, from whom all particulars can be obtained. N.B. — No dividend shall exceed S per cent.
