NORTH NEW ZEALAND FARMERS' CO-OrERATIVE ASSOCIATION (Limited). An EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of the Shaieholdeis of the above Association will lie held in the Public and Voluiite"r Hall, Knox-street, Hamilton, on TUESDAY, the 27th inst., at the hour of 11.30 m the forenoon. Business : To discuss the propriety of repealing, and if the meeting shall so decide, to repeal Regulation numbered 44 in the Articles of Association, and to substitute in lieu thereof, tho following regulation, or a regulation to the like eilect, to be numbered 44 \iz. :-- "Every shareholder shall have one vote for any number of shares he holds up to five ; two votes for any number up to fifteen ; tluee votes for any number up to twenty-five ; four for any number up to fifty ; and fivi vjtes for any number above fifty. But in no casrs shall a shareholder have more than five votes." The First GENERAL MEETING of the SHAREHOLDERS of the above Association will be held at the abovenamed place and on the above-named day at noon.
