Panic at Dongola. Cairo, May 12. N"i w•* has been received from Dongola stating that a sections panic has ocuuiiprl among the inhabitants of the town and in the neighbourhood, in consequence, of the expectation that an attack will shortly bo made upon the town by the rebels under O&nian Digna.
