(6) To conduct the operations of the ( Association on a cash basis. I (7) To divide the profits that may i accrue to the Association in the 1 conduct of its business among l the shareholders of the Association pi o rata in accordance with the amount of business done by each shareholder, after paying such dividends on paid-up Capital as may be declared J from time to time, and after , setting aside any funds as a ' reserve fund that the Directors ( of the Association may think fit. ; ( (8) And the doing of all such other things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects.
