NOTICE is heteby given to all Owners and Occupieis of Land ou the banks of the WaiUato River from the point of intersection of the southern boundary of the Waotu Block with the Waikato River to the mouth of the Karapiro Creek at Cambridge, in the Provincial District of Auckland, that an application dated the 27th July, ISB3, has been made by Frederick Alexander Whitakor, under " The Timber Floating Act, 1573," for a license to use the said liver for the purposes intended to be provided by the said Act, and that I will hear any objections which may be made to the said application on Tuesday, the 27th day of May next, at 11 o'clock foienoon, at the Crown Land's Office, Auckland.
