TE AWAMUTU. WESLEYAN BAZAAR.
The members of the Wesleyan Church intend holding a bazaar here on the 7th and Bth in-)t., the proceeds of which will be devoted to the funds of the church. I have been favoiued with a glimpse of a few of the beautiful things with which the stalls will be stocked, and visitors will obtain tilings both u&eful and ornamental at the usual bazaar rate*. A number of ladies of all denominations have given thenhearty co-operation in the affair, both in collecting money and making articles, and I feel sme it will be a ccieat success. The bazaar opens at 11 a.m. each day, and closes at 10 p.m. The promoters have introduced a few novelties, which will doubtless piove very attractive. The moon also give* her assistance by being nearly at the full for the occasion.
