NOTICE is heieby given to allOvuiers and Occupiers of Land on the banks of the Waikato E-iver from the point of intersection of the southern boundary of the Waotu Block with the Waikato River to the mouth of the Karapiro Creek at Cambridge, in the Provincial District of Auckland, that an application dated the 27th July, ISS3, has been made by Fiederick Alexander Whitaker, under " The Timber Floating Act, 1873," for a license to use the said river for the purposes intended to be provided by the said Act, and that I will hear any ob jections which may be made to the said application on Tuesday, the 27th day of May next, at 11 o'clock forenoon, at the Crown Land's Office, Auckland.
