Tins bazaar, which has been in contemplation for a long time past, and which opens in the Public Hall, Cambridge, this evening, i-> at pie^ent monopolising the attention of a laigi* poition of the Cambridge public, and the promoters have e\ery reason to be 'sanguine of success in their meiitoiious object. The season has been happily selected, there being at piesent, owing to the laces a large number of visitor-, in the distiict, whose pationage cannot fail to be enlibted. Theie is an abundant stock of goods to be disposed of, and the aiticles aie very \aried in kind, and exceedingly valuable, useful, and atti active m quality. The committee have made every an angement for the entcitainment of their pationa. The bazaar will be opened tin-, afternoon, at 4 o'clock, when a laige number of people aio e\pected to be present. On to-morrow e\ening visitors will be cnteitained by a promenade conceit, at which many popular amateurs, including Mis-> Staunttm and Miss Loingan, of Auckland, will take part. On the following evening the whole of the material lemainng undisposed of will be sold off by auction, when many good bargains will doubtless be .seemed.
