The police have effected the anest, :it Birkenhead, of ,a man named Daley, who is identified as liav ing been eoneei ned in the leccnt dynamite outrages. Fixe in feinal machines lui\c been found in the prisoner's possession. The police have also ai rested at Birmingham a man named Egan, whose is known loha\e been an accomplice of Daley's. A special despatch to the Pi ess Association is a& follows : — A man named Fitzgeiald has been arlested ni Tippeiaiy foi murder, and being associated with Daley and Egan in the dynamite conspiiacy. Daley is suspected of complicity in the London explosions Li'ttcis found iii Egans house show that Tynan is on his w ay to Paris to direct the conspiiacy.
