SEALED TENDERS in duplicate will be received by the undersigned up to NOON on THURSDAY, 10th April, for the Supply of RATIONS to the Armed Constabulary or other Colonial Forces iv Waikato District from 2 1st April, 1884, to the 31st March, 1885. Specifications can be seen at the A.C. Office, Cambridge. Each tender must be accompanied by a cheque for (£25) twenty-five pounds, made payable to the Receiver-General only, aud not to the bearer, and marked by a Banker as good for 21 days, as a guarantee that the Contract; will be taken up. The successful tenderer will be required to find two approved securities of £250 each for the due fulfilment of the Contract, tenderers to specify the names and addresses of their sureties on the tenders.
