The objects for w hich the Company is established are as follow :— (1) To offer facilities to farmers for the shipment by the most approved means of their produce to the \ arious markets of the world, and aftpointtnent of agents in diffeient localities for the furtherance of this object. (2) To effect advances on any sccuiities, real or personal, that the Diiectors appointed by the Association may think fit. (3) To procure for sale to the Shareholdeis, Coinsacks, Woolpacks, Agricultuial Implements, Seeds, and other ai tides of consumption, or otherwise, that the Diiectors to be appointed by the Association may think fit. (4) To extend the working of the Association in any direction which may seem likely to benefit the members. (5) To confine the advantages of the Association exclusively to members. (6) To conduct the operations of the Association on a cash basis. (7) To divide the profits that may accrue to the Association in the conduct of its business among the shaieholdets of the Association p>o rat a in accordance with the amount of business done by each shareholder, after paying such dividends on paid-up Capital as may be declared from time to time, and after set-ting as de any funds as a leseive fund that the Directors of the Association may think fit. (S) And the doing of all such other things as are incidental or "ouduci\ eto the attainment of the above objects. The liability of the shareholders is limited. The nominal capital of the company is ten thousand pounds, divided into ten thousand shares of one pound each, payable in instalments as follows :— One shilling on application, one shilling on allotment, and one shilling at intervals of not less than one month. Application for shares to be made to Mr Baiton, Secretary pro tern, at Hamilton, Mr Roche, Te Awamutu, or any of the duectors, from whom all particulars can be obtained.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Waitoa Road Board proposes to STOP the undermentioned portions of ROADS in Te Pae o tu Rawaru, No. 2 Block, and to take laud for Roads in lieu thereof :—: — Roads to be Closed. 1. A piece of Road, containing 2 acres I perch, between section 10 ( Rich and Williams) and section II (J. B. Kells). 2. A piecs of Road, containing 2 roods, between sections 10 and 11. 3. A piece of Road, containing 5 acres 10 perches, between sections 10 and 11. 4. A piece of Road, containing 2 acres 3 roods 33 perches, between section 10 (Rich and Williams) and section 12 (W. C. s Wright). 5. A piece of Road, containing 7 acres 1 rood 6 perches, passing through section 12. 6. A piece of Road, containing 4 acres 1 rood 11 perches, between section 7 (J.
