Horse stock were in full numb"is, and of good quality ; they obtnned a steady Sale throughout: heavy draught?, from £37 to £50; medium draught, t>ls to 620 ; i iding horses, from £5 to £17, were the prices obtained, and very few remained unsold. At the Haymarket on Tuesday, hides were in increased numbers ; sound quality brouglit jfrom 3id to 4d the lb ; pelts and skins, fioin from On to 4s each ; scoured wool, Bid to v-JLOfcl the lb; wool in groats, t>}d the lb At Papakura on Wednesday, .'« small number of cattle brought late value-. At Remuerii on Thursday, dairy cattle were in -less number than usual, but if near their profit in good deirand. Store cattle m full numbers, mostly giowing stock, and in better enquiry than for sevoi al w oeks. Fat cattle were yarded in less than usual dumber, and although dull of sale, last week's values were sustained, Good steeis averaged 20s, and in many instances 21s the lOOlbs was obtained Sheep were yarded in less number than umuU, but obtained no improvement in value.
