pUBLIC NOTIFICATION. To the Ratepayers of the Waitoa Road District. NOTICE is hereby given that the Waitoa Road Board proposes to STOP the undermentioned portions of a ROAD in Te Pae 0 tv Rawaru, No. 2 Block, and to take land for Roads in lien thereof : — Roads to be Closed. 1. A piece of Road, containing 2 acres I perch, between section 10 (Rich and Williams) and section II (J. B. Kells). 2. A piecs of Road, containing 2 roods, between sections 10 and 11. 3. A piece of Road, containing 5 acres 10 perches, between sections 10 and 11. 4. A piece of Road, containing 2 acres 3 roods 3.'> perches, betw een section 10 (Rich and Williams) and section 12 (W. C. Wright). 5. A piece of Road, containing 7 acres 1 rood 6 perches, passing through section 12. 6. A piece of Road, containing 4 acres 1 rood 11 perches, between section 7 (J. Hunt) and section 5 (Simpson and Co). 7. A piece of Road, containing 1 acre 3 roods 37 perches, between section G (J. Hunt) and section 5.

ASSESSMENT COURT. Ngaruawahia Town District. It having been proved to me that no Valuation List, as requited by the Rating Act, 1876, has been prepared for the above distiict, I do hereby appoint Mr George T. M. Kellow, ot Ngaruawahia, as valuator, to make such list, and order that the same shall be completed and deposited for public inspection at the office of the Town District Board on the 31st day of March, ISB4, and that all objections thereto shall be deli"eied at the Resilient Magistrate's Courthouse, Ngaruawahia, on or before the 7th clay of April, 1884, and a copy of every such objection delivered to the local body seven clear days before the sitting of the Assessment Couit, which will be holden in the said Couithouse on Monday, the 21st day of April, ISB4, at the hour ot 12 o'clock noon.
