London, March 24. — Consols remain at 102. — New Zealand securities are as follow : — 5 per cent. 10-40 loan, 103 ; 5 per cent. 1889 loan, 105 ; 4V per cent, inscribed stock, 100. — The market rate of discount has further fallen to 24, and is now q below the bank rate. — There are no changes to report in the markets for colonial breadstuffs or tallow.
