DUNEDIN, Saturday.
At the public mei'ting, convened to day by the Chamber of Commerce, to form a corn exchange, neaily two huudied town and countt y residents were piesent. It was decided to establish an exchange, with an entiance fee of half -a guine.i. The exchange will open for business on the 3id Apiil. A meeting of farmers and giain mci chants was also held to discuss the grain bag question, the merchants having recently decided to allow nothing for bagc, as heretofore, but to weigh them in. A long discupsion took place over the subject, and several proposals were made ; but no decisive agreement was come to.
