The inquest on the boy Frederick Kelly lesulted in a vculict of "Accidental death."' The e\ ictence show ed that if he, as marker, had used the danger flag, the accident would not haveoccuned. Stiict ouleis have been issued to \olunteers not to indulge in piivato practice without an officer being present.
