Martini-Henry, Navigator Sting and Ironhand also ran, Miirtim-Henry and Commotion being second and thud iespecti\ely. This order was maintained until the straight wa-> re.iched, when Ironhand fell bjick beaten, and Martini- Henry then assumed the load, and a-, he pas .ed the stand the first tuna lound wa-> loudly cheered. Commotion shoitly caught and passed MartiniHenry, and continued to lead at the far side of the course, and at the hheds MartiniHenry was done with, and dropped back. At the distance Le Grand shot ahead with Off Colour pi easing him closely, Commotion ne\t. Le Guiud, however, maintained his position, and pisvd the winning post half a length ahead of Off Colour, who by this tune was three lengths ahead of Commotion.
