CONDITIONS

Entrance fee for all handicaps to be forsv aided with nomination and colors, age and pcdigice of hoise, addressed to the Secretary, Post office, Cambridge, or Mr William Peicival, Auckland, not later than Thmsday, 17th Maich, ISS4. Weigh tb will appear in Auckland and Waikato papers on Fiiday 25th April, 1884. Acceptances and general entries close with the Secretary or Mr Percival by Monday, 28th April, ISS4. Acceptances for second day's Hurdles, Publicans' Piuse and Waikato Plate will be received by the Secrerary up to 12 o'clock noon of second day's laces. In the event of a walk over only 30 per cent- of the stakes will be paid. Any jockey riding except in the colors entered will be fined 2sovs. No eutiy will be leceived, except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising, shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final. All piotests must be accompanied with a deposit of 3sovs., Avhich will be forfeited to the funds oi the Club, should the Stewards consider the [protest frivolous or vexatious. The Rules ot the A tick land * Racing Club will be stiictly adheied to. Ten per cent will be deducted from prize in each event for second horse. WALTER SCOTT, Secretary. The above events to be run under the A J.C. rules, where no special rule applies. Thiee horses to accept or no race. 5 per cent deducted from the winnings. Entries for the Hurdle, Mile Handicap, and Eaglan Cup close with the Secretary, Royal Hotel, Raglan, at 8 p.m., on 10th Match.
