The undersigned have received instructions to sell by public auction (by order of the Registrar of the Supreme Court) at their Auction Mart, Queen-street, on Satuarday, the eighth day of March next, at noon. ALL THAT IMPROVED FARM. Containing 354 a. 3r. 32p.. situate near Hamilton East, Waiktito, being Allotments 178, 179, 210, 211, 212,: 213, and 214, and part of 181 of the Parish of Kirikiriroa (now in the occupation of J. B. Whyte, Esq.) and adjoining the Township of Claudelands. The Farm is well and substantial by fenced and subdivided into suitable paddocks. The whole (with the exception of a small portion consisting of Valuable Bush) is is under grass, or in cultivation. There is a small dwelling-house and outbuildiugs on the property.
