(Received February 29, 1.45 p.m.) State Trial in Norway. Christiana, February 28.
An important State trial was brought to a conclusion here to-day. The registrar of the Supreme Court passed a sentence of deprivation of office upon Herr Seliver, the first member of the Government of Norway, who was recently imprisoned by the second chamber of the Norwegian Parliament. The Registrar has continued the action of that body, and condemned Seliver to pay all the costs of the trial.
