NAPIER, Sunday.
Mr Suttou addressed his constituents last night. He strongly condemned the leasing proposals of the Government, and the appointment of Mr Mitchelson ; also the failure of the Local Government Bills, and intimated that he had informed the Ministry that he would probably not be a supporter ot theirs next session. He looked to the next general election to return men capable of forming a strong Ministry.
