London, February 21. Mr Charles Bradlauuh has addressed a letter to the Speaker of the House of Commons, announcing that he has decided not to appear again at Westminster Palace until the law courts have decided regirding hi** claim to take his seat as member for Northampton.
London, February 22. In the House of Commons last night, Mr BradUuqh's letter to the Speaker was laid upon the table. Sir Stafford Noitheote, the leader of the Opposition, thereupon moved that the House should re-affii m the resolution passed on the 11th excluding Mr Bradlangh from the Chamber and from the precincts of Westminster Palace. The motion was carried by a large majority. Yielding to the demands of public opinion as expressed by the Press and otherwise throughout Great Britain, the Go\ eminent has appointed a Eoyal Commission to leport upon the housing of the poor in London and suburbs, and to devise means for the amelioration of their condition, if such should.be found necessary.
