MAIL AND TELEGRAPH NOTICES.

The Post and Telegraph office will be closed on Tuesday, the 25th inst. All mailh (eveept those forwarded by train), usually despatched on that day wjll bo closed at 8 p.m. the previous evening. On Wednesday, 2<>th inst., the Post and Telegraph office will be open in all branches fiom 9 to 10a.m. All mails, usually despatched on that day will be closed at 10 n.m. There will bo one complete letter delivery by letter carrier, who will start on his walk at 8 a.m. No trains running on Ohiistmas Day. New Year's Day will be a close holiday.
