Starters for the Trotting and Mile Races must be subscribers to the fund of not less .than ss, independent of their entries. Entries for all Handicaps to be sent in (accompanied with their subscriptions) to the Secretary not later than 3 o'clock on Friday 21st instant. No entries will be received except upon the condition that all claims, disputes aud objections arising shall be decided by the Committee and their decision shall be final. All protests must be accompanied with 10s which wi'l be forfeited to the funds should the committee consider the grounds of protest frivolous. ' First Race to start at 1 1 o'ciock sharp.
