TT'IHIKIHI ROAD BOARD. Stopping of Roads.
NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Kihikihi Road Board, in terms of sections 03 and 94, and subsections thcieof, of "The Public Works A,ct, 1882," to CLOSE that portion of Bryce-street, in the Town of Kihikihi, runuing East from Oliver-street, between allotments 220, 221, and 222 on the North, and allotments 228, 241, 240 on the South ; thence through Dick-street, and between allotments 361, 3G2, 363 on the Noitli, and allotments 380, 379, 375, 377 on the South to Atkinson-street. And, also, that portion of Dick-stecet extending North from Grey-street, and running between allotments 233, 256, 237, 238, 23?), 240 on the West, and allotments 370, 369, 368, 467, 380, on the East to Bryce-strecfc, and thence, between allotments 222, 223, 225, on the West, and allotments 361, 360, 359, on the East to North -street. T/-IHIKIHI ROAD DISTRICT. The Ratepayers of the Kihikihi Road District are hereby notified, in terms of Section 4!), Roads and Bridges Construction Act, ISS2, that the Kihikihi Road Boaul have made nn application to the Government for a loan of £200, for the pin pose of Constructing part of Lyons and Whitmore-streets, in the Town of Kihikilii, the estimated cost of which is £200. The fifteen yearly payments required to be made to the Government will be £18, and the Special Rate required to meet them w ill be one-iifth of a penny in the £ upon the latable value of all ratable property in the district. Plans, iSrc, of the pioposed works may be inspected, for font weeks, at the residence of the nndci signed.
