The Conference adopted the resolutions on tho subject of annexation previously telegraphed, with a few minor verbal alterations. The question of a "Federal Council and its functions comes on for discussion this afternoon. Ii is expeected that a permanent body will be appointed to cany on the work of the Convention after its close.
