Annual Meeting.
The statutory annual meeting of the council was held at the chambers, Hamilton East, yesterday. There weie present : Capt. Bteelo (chairman), Crs. Primrose, Johnston and liunciman. On the motion of Cr. Runciman, seconded by Cr. Johnston, Capt. ttteele was unanimously re-elected chairman of the council. The Chairman briefly returned thanks for the honour, and the proceedings teiminatecl.
