Likewise, Impounded on the 7th of November, by Michael Hickey, for W. S. Rutherford, for trespassing on his farm, To Awamutu — One Roan Horse, brand H on Shoulder, And One Bay Horse, star on forehead ; no visible brand. Likewise, Impounded on the 7th of November, by John Short, for trespassing on his farm, near Kihikihi, and destroying his wheat crop — One Dark Bay Mare, brand WW on shoulder ; Owners unknown ; 2s 6d damages on each, md if not claimed by the 20th and and 21 st of November they will be sold at the public pound, at 12 noon, to pay expenses.
