Acceptance money payable to Secretai y or Mr Peicival, by Saturday, 17th November, ISB3, before 10 p.m. Weights for Stewauls' Handicap will be declared after the Cup has been run for, and acceptances will bo received up to a quarter of an hour before tlic race. In the event of a walk over, only 50 per cent, of stakes will be paid. No entry will be received except on the conditions that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or \vh<<m they may appoint, and their decision shall be final. All protests must be accompanied with a deposit of 2so\s. which will be forfeited to the funds of the Club should the Stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious.
