CONDITIONS. All events except the handicaps shall be post entry. For all post entry events, three to start or no event. All disputes shall be settled by the committee, and their decision shall be final. A trophy will be given to the competitor scoring the greatest number of points in the handicaps throughout. All the competitors in thernandicaps to appear in proper athletic costume. Nominations for races 3, 5, 9, 11, 13, and 15, addressed to the Secretary, will be received at Mr R. Kirkwoods Duke of Cambridge Hotel up till 8 p.m. of Wednesday, October 31st ; nomination fee to accompany each letter. Entrance money in each event shall be 5 per cent, on amount of first prize. Nomination fee in all handicaps, 2s ; acceptance fee, the amount necessary to complete the 5 per cent. Handicaps will appear in The Waikato Times and Gazette of November 3rd.
