Any subscriber drawing a horse in any list will be allowed, if lie so desires it, to invest in the following list any sum not exceeding Four Pounds without remitting any further cash, this amount to bo ultimately deducted from prize money. It will be observed that these lists will aveiage one prize in about fourteen tickets, instead of one in fifty, as in the larger list ol 'previous years.
