AUCTION SALE OF HORSES, CATTLE, and UNEXPIRED LEASE OF VALUABLE PROPERTY AT Waitetuna Yards, on Wednesday. October 24th. At 1 o'clock.
The undersigned has received instructions from Messrs Robt. Bruce and Jno. Bell, who aio di solving partnership, to sell at Waitetuna Yards on above date, Without Reserve, THE UNEXPIRED LEASE of the Peninsula (near Raglan), containing 061 acres. Tins valuable property is situated in the middle of Whaingaroa Harbour, Raglan, and is nearly surrounded by deep water. A comfoi table fourroomed house and out-buildings are erected thereon, with orchard and soveral paddocks adjoining. About half the acreage is in English grass. Soil iiistclass quality, beinix all limestone formation English grasses take readily by surface sowing. There is a valuable limestone quarry on the property ; this is capable ot being turned to profitable account at once. There is erected a w barf, winch, etc., for shipping. The stone is now in demand in Auckland for building and ornamental purposes. The lease has sixteen and a-half years to run, ten and a-half years of which I are rent free.
